Our services
Acceptance of Terms: These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Aigent Data’s consultancy services, including AI development, data analytics, and business automation solutions (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
License: Aigent Data grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use any custom-built AI models, data solutions, or tools developed for your business. This license is subject to the limitations outlined in these Terms and is strictly for your internal business use.
Updates: You are entitled to receive ongoing updates and support for any AI solutions or data analytics tools developed for a period of one year from the date of delivery. After that, extended support can be provided under a renewed service contract.
Property rights
Ownership: All AI models, data strategies, and proprietary tools developed by Aigent Data remain the intellectual property of Aigent Data. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any portion of our deliverables without written consent. However, data insights, reports, and custom integrations built specifically for your company are licensed for your exclusive use.
Pricing: Service pricing may vary based on project complexity, scope, and ongoing support needs. Aigent Data reserves the right to adjust prices based on market conditions or service modifications. Price changes will be communicated in advance.
Payment: Payments for Aigent Data’s services will be processed securely via third-party processors. You agree to provide accurate billing information, and we will charge the agreed-upon fees as specified in your contract. Payment terms, such as milestones and due dates, will be outlined in individual contracts.
Prohibited activities
Clients of Aigent Data agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to recreate any proprietary AI models or data analytics systems developed by Aigent Data.
- Use Aigent Data’s solutions for illegal activities, including but not limited to unethical data collection, violating privacy laws, or any actions that may harm the rights of individuals or entities.
- Share, redistribute, or resell any tools, models, or systems provided by Aigent Data without explicit written approval.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Aigent Data’s internal systems or databases.
Services management
Aigent Data operates a service management framework designed to ensure the seamless integration of AI and data solutions into your business processes. Services are managed via:
- Ongoing Support: Clients can access dedicated support channels for any technical difficulties or further customization needs. Support agreements can be extended on an annual basis.
- Consulting Sessions: Regular consultancy sessions can be scheduled to review the performance of AI models or data solutions and adjust them to meet evolving business needs.
- Client Portals: Clients are given access to a secure portal to monitor project progress, view reports, and collaborate on system enhancements (BETA).
- Service Optimization: Aigent Data continuously evaluates the performance of deployed solutions to offer recommendations on optimization and scalability based on your business goals.
